Shelly McCarthy joined the Lisa Wolf Team in 2020 and has been in the staging business since 2014 bringing with her a vast amount of experience and knowledge. Shelly is a Certified Psychological Home Stager, this training allows Shelly to support sellers with the science of visual perception and emotional attachment, the process maximizes the selling potential of the homes. Shelly also holds a Certification as a True Color Expert, Shelly is trained on and works with the undertone of the paint and fabric colours and how colours work with in the space, again a critical component to help maximize the selling potential. Shelly loves being a part of the Lisa Wolf Team, her joy comes from meeting new clients and supporting them in the home preparation process to create a beautiful home that is ready to sell. Shelly will tell you that staging the home is the best part of her job, seeing the before and after photos of the homes that are transformed and seeing clients’ happy faces when their homes look amazing and sell quickly brings her joy.
Shelly currently live in Gurnee with her two wonderful twin boys. She loves hanging out with family and traveling as much as possible.
